Joyce M. Lykowski, age 90, of Temperance, MI, passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at Aspen Grove Assisted Living Facility. She was born on September 4, 1924 to Frank and Martha (Rathke) Holub in Toledo. Joyce was the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Owens Corning Fiberglass for over 30 years before retiring. She loved fishing, growing African Violets and especially bird watching from the “best seat in the house.”

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Taulker; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lykowski; and grandson, Christopher Pio. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of almost 37 years, Raymond Lykowski; brothers, Frank and Roger (Joyce Ann) Holub; cousin, Delores Ginsburg and her two daughters; Ray’s four children; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
