David H. Palicki, Sr., 63, went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2013. He was born on August 7, 1949 to the late Irene and Edwin Palicki in Toledo, Ohio.

Dave retired as an Inspector in 2004 from GM Powertrain after 33 years of service. He was a proud friend of Bill W. Dave loved spending time with his family, especially traveling and getting together for holidays, where he loved serving polish kielbasa. He was a fan of the Cleveland Indians and never missed his grandchildren’s sporting events. Dave was a long-time resident of North Toledo. He had deep faith in God and never missed Sunday Mass.

In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his son, Dominic. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 20 years, Mary “Tina”; children, David Jr., Delia (Tom) Huss, Daniel (Angel) and Diana; brothers, Duane (Lisa) and Dennis; grandchildren, Rick, Anthony, Andrew, Elliot, Neveah, Larenzo, Michael and Natellya; life-long friends, Eddie Z., Brother Bob, Paul, Steve and many other close friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). A Rosary Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at St. Peter and Paul Church, 738 South St. Clair, Toledo. The family will receive guests for one hour prior to Mass.
