Ethel Audrey Poston, age 93, of Holland, Ohio passed away October 1, 2015 at Ridgewood Manor. She was born September 12, 1922 in Perdido, Alabama to Henry and Ethel (May) Fretwell. She was employed with the Miller's Turnpike Restaurant for more than 25 years. She was a member of Calvary Assembly Of God in Maumee, Ohio. Audrey was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, and worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII.

Audrey is survived by her children, William L. (Barbara) Poston, Glenda M. Tinney, Winston Eugene Poston; grandchildren, Kelly (Jeff) Beauch, Jennifer Cook, Jay Poston, Alan (Kendra) Tinney and Christopher (Kelly) Tinney; 10 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren; sisters, Greta (Leroy) Cobb, Ruby Stewart and Loyce Strawbridge; and sister-in-law, Betty Fretwell. In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her siblings, Aileen Pettis and Ted Fretwell and ex-husband, Reese Poston.

The family will receive guests Monday, October 5, 2015 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 12:00 pm. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Springfield Township Cemetery.
