1976 - 2012

Christopher M. Zimmerman, age 35, of Holland, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 5, 2012. He was born August 18, 1976 in Toledo to David and Sandra (Burke) Zimmerman. Chris enjoyed hunting, working on cars, spending time with friends and family, especially his children, Seth and Tawny. He loved to help others in need whenever he could.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, of 6 years, Kendra (Haas) Zimmerman; children, Seth and Tawny; father, David Zimmerman, mother, Sandra Zimmerman; brothers, Troy (Christina) Zimmerman and Jason (Nikky) Zimmerman; sister, Connie Jo Rosselit; grandmother, Ruth Burke; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Chris was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Burke and grandparents, Alva and Lois Zimmerman.

The family will receive guests Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions are requested to the family.
