Robert J. Fennell, 86, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2012. He was born on January 3, 1926 to the late Lank and Frieda Fennell in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Jean Smeltzer and daughter, Sandy Kowalski. He is survived by his children, Donald (Paul) Fennell, Carol (Richard) Showman, Dorothy Flores (Frank Benarth), Diane (Alberto) Casiano, Patricia (Steve) Spoores, James Fennell, Debbie Fennell (Glen Meadows); companion, Patsy Lary; 30 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
