Joyce A. Briscoe, age 78, of Toledo, passed away June 25, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Joyce was born June 25, 1940 in Coopers, West Virginia to Richard and Hazel (Wright) Moore. She was employed with Cll Carbon in Chalmette, Louisiana for more than 15 years before her retirement. Joyce was a member of the Maumee United Methodist Church.

She was a former member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church in Metairie, Louisiana where she actively served for over 30 years. She is survived by daughter Lori Brans (Tom), Houston Texas Grandchildren Tom Brans (Kayla), Carl Brans (Angela), and Rachel Shreve (Derrick) and nine great-grandchildren. Sisters Daphalene Cole, and Cheryl Kiger. Her devoted niece Donna McFellin along with other nieces and nephews who loved her very much!

She was preceded in death by her sister Melva Ziemann and brother Arnold (Bud) Moore and her loving son Richard (Rick) Fenn.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett St. Maumee, Ohio 43537.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Matthews United Methodist Church in Metairie, Louisiana or Maumee United Methodist Church, Maumee, Ohio.
