Gladys Mae Boltz, age 83, of Toledo, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Vibrant Life with her loving family by her side. She was born February 19, 1935 to Franklin Faust and Dorothy (Watson) Nist in Akron, Ohio. Gladys was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a talented musician, singer, seamstress and gardener. Above everything her family was her pride and joy, she poured her heart and soul into her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 66 years, Larry Boltz; children, Linda Speck, Ken (Beverly) Boltz, Janet (Brian) McAtee and Laura (Mark) Elvey; precious grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and dear friend, Ellen Ingersoll. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sara Boltz and siblings, Eric Faust and Evelyn Duncan.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 2-6:00 p.m. at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with her funeral service starting in the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
