Scherrie Kay Farr, age 80, of Toledo, passed away July 3, 2018 she is now at home with her Lord, finally reunited with her first born son, David. Scherrie was born October 7, 1937 in Chilicothe to Harry and Peggy (Craigo) Smith. She was employed with Libbey Glass for more than 18 years retiring in 1985. Scherrie was a member of the North Toledo Arrow Club and Pond Post #99. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

She is survived by her significant other, Ron Manning; children, Daniel (Caren) Sokola, Cynthia Farr, Cristine (Eric) Weber, grandchildren, David (Whitney) Sokola, DJ Sokola, Jennifer (Alexis) King, great grandchildren, Austin, Kaylee, Dylan, Alivia and Vinny; also grandchildren, Raymond Weber and Sarah (Justin) Cervantes and great grandchildren, Kylee and Kai.

She is also survived by a special niece Jodie (Tim) Clipner and their children Sami and Hutch.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, David Sokola; four brothers and two sisters.

The family will receive guests Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 1:00 pm. at the funeral home followed by burial at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
