Rachel Nicole Green-Didion, age 36, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Mercy St. Anne’s Hospital. She was born July 28, 1981 to Jack and Nancy Didion in Toledo, Ohio. Rachel graduated from Waite High School in 1999 and was very active in the band where she played the clarinet. She was a member of Lutheran Church of Our Saviour and the Rainbow Girls. Rachel enjoyed scrapbooking, taking photos and spending time with her children and her family.

Rachel is survived by her children, Olivia, Hannah, Quinn, Sebastian; step-son, Tyler; grandson, Bentley; mom, Nancy Didion; dad, Jack (Sandy) Didion; sister, Beth Anne Didion; niece, Brianna; nephew, Brandon; grandmother, Sara Didion; father of her children, Ronald N. Green, II; and many other family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 10 – 11:00 a.m. at Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, 2820 W. Alexis Rd., Toledo 43613 with a Memorial Service beginning at 11:00 at church.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the family.
