Margaret Ann (Kirk) Kuchcinski, age 84, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Arbors of Sylvania with her loving family by her side. She was born February 5, 1934 to Mervyn and Margaret (Taylor) Smith in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Ann accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior on January 17, 1949 at the age of 15. She was the Bedford homecoming queen in 1950. Ann was a longtime member of Temperance Baptist Church, Shelton Park Baptist Church and Emmanuel Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, was an avid reader and loved music and crocheting. Ann was a diehard fan of the Detroit Tigers and U of M Wolverine Football. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Cheryl Lynn; husbands, Allan R. Kirk and Raymond Kuchcinski; grandson, Daniel Joseph; brothers, John E. and Leon R. Smith; sister, Myrtle Lou Filonczuk-Wertenberger. Ann is survived by her children, Jeffrey Kirk, Kathryn (John) Archibald and Michael Kirk; grandchildren, Todd, Daniel (Emily), Aaron (Sarah), Becky (Mike), Beth (Adam), Carrie (Tony) and Amanda (Teddy); 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Virginia Smith; and many other family members and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday, May 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 4207 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo with visitation one hour prior at church. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
