Russell “Rusty” W. Maneval, III age 51, of Swanton, OH passed away April 15, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest OH Perrysburg. He was born August 26, 1966 in Toledo to Russell and Lana (Ilsley) Maneval. He was a 1985 graduate of Rogers High School where he played basketball and baseball. He was also a graduate of the University of Toledo and the Ohio Police Officer Training Academy. Rusty was employed as a Ranger with the Toledo Metro Parks for more than 26 years. Russ also worked for Kroger as a Loss Prevention Officer. He enjoyed bow hunting, being outdoors and playing golf, but most importantly spending time with his family.

Russ is survived by his loving wife, Diane L. Maneval; son, Cody Maneval; daughter, Cheyenne Maneval; parents, Russell and Lana Maneval, Jr.; brother, Jarrod (Kim) Maneval and sister, Krista Rollman; nephews and nieces, Jarrod, Jr., Aubrey, Paige and Henry; and great-nephew, Clinton. Russ was preceded in death by his uncles, Richard and Jon Ilsley and grandfather, John Ilsley.

The family will receive guests, Friday, April 20, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:00 am at Holland Free Methodist Church, 6605 Angola Road, Holland, OH, where the family will receive guests at 9:00 am. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
