Anna Marie Williams, age 89, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at GenaCross Lutheran Home. She was born on October 15, 1928 to Albert and Clara (Zachrich) Welz in Holgate, OH. Anna was a graduate of Holgate High School and worked for the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. for 30 years in the accounting department. Most recently she worked at Sam's Club in Holland, OH for nearly 20 years. Anna was a longtime member of The Lutheran Church of Our Saviour where she volunteered in various groups within the church. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards, knitting and spending time at Lake Diane.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, David (Karen) Williams and Cynthia (John) Kay; grandchildren, Melissa (Jason) Watterson, LeAnna (Jeff) Hooper, Sarah Kay (fiancé, Steven) and Emily Williams; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Bella, Johnny, Cora and Jacob. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, James A. Williams and daughter, Nancy A. Williams.

The family will receive guests on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 10-11:00 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, 2820 W. Alexis Rd., Toledo, OH 43613. Her Funeral Service will begin in the church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Brenda Peconge officiating. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Lutheran Church of Our Saviour.
