David M. Conley, age 59, of Toledo, passed away February 14, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Dave was born November 18, 1958 in Toledo to Marion "Mike" and Bessie (Weaver) Conley. He was employed with the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center for more than 35 years retiring in 2015. Dave was a member of CedarCreek Church, where he was an active member. He enjoyed to walk and take photos especially at the zoo and Metro Parks. He loved his grandchildren they were the light of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia J. Conley, Son, Aaron M. (Tiffany) Conley, Sister, Deborah Conley, step-children, Wade R. (Nicole) Dutridge, Justin A. (Jessica) Dutridge, Anna J. (Mike Crouse) Krause, step-siblings, Harry "Butch" (Mary) Martin, Jr., Linda Cranston, David A. Martin, Peggy (Ernest) Rasar, Tony (Theresa) Martin, Tim Martin; 8 grandchildren, Autum, Kylie, Chloe, Gentry, Chance, Auggie, Charlotte and Parker, numerous nieces and nephews and his loving church family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Jane Conley, brother, Robert Conley, Sr.

The family will receive guests Saturday February 17, 2018, from 9 - 11:00 a.m. at CedarCreek Church, 2150 S Byrne Rd. Toledo (567-255-3355). Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Newcomer - Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
