Marion “Moe” A. Szczechowski Jr. passed away at his residence on August 26, 2017. Moe was born June 18, 1950 to the late Marion and Letitia Szczechowski in Toledo, Ohio.

Moe graduated from Woodward High School then went to the University of Toledo where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy. He spent his career working locally serving the community as a pharmacist. Moe volunteered to go assist those in need during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Moe played baseball for the University of Toledo. He continued his passion for the game by playing softball with his buddies into his forties. He was also an avid Detroit Tigers fan.

Left to cherish Moe’s memory are his children, Charles (Christine), Julie, Tony (Erica); brother, Ron (Carla); grandchildren, Samantha, Grayson, and Reid.

Family will be receiving guests Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419 381 1900).
