Grace B. Twigg, 93 of Toledo, passed away June 6, 2017 at Heartland Holly Glenn under the care of Heartland Hospice surrounded by her loving daughter Jan. She was born November 22, 1923 in Tennessee to Carl and Nell Miles. Grace married her loving husband James July 2, 1942 and they spent 68 wonderful years together. They had two daughters, Jan and Karen. Grace worked 38 years at Champion Spark Plug retiring in 1980.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Jan; and her canine companion, Muffy. Grace was preceded in death by her husband, James; daughter, Karen; brothers, Alfred, Robert and Ray Miles.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
Jan would like to thank Heartland Holly Glenn and Heartland Hospice for their wonderful care given to Grace and thank you to all the nurses and aides especially Taquaya and Keva and her special nurse Jackie…Thank you!
