Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Peter (Julie) Herzog Jr., Joseph (Cris) Herzog, Daniel (Lisa) Herzog and Andrew Herzog; daughter, Connie Keel; sisters, Martha Zerba and Pauline VanHeck; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Lydia was preceded in death by her husband, Peter; son, Hollis Jolley; siblings, Robert, Myron, Paul and Dorothy.
The family will receive guests, Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 a.m. at Living Faith United Methodist Church, 1240 Columbus Drive, Holland, OH 43528.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Flower Hospital ICU for all their special care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
