Garnet Lillian “Miss Daisy” Ciesla, age 93, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Aspen Grove Assisted Living with her daughter by her side. She was born on January 19, 1924 to John and Mildred (Roth) Porter in Toledo.
