He proudly served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army and was a decorated veteran and Purple Heart recipient. Following the war he began his career with the USPS as a postal carrier; retiring after 35 years of service. Ron was an avid volunteer and supporter of the Medical College of Ohio. In his spare time, he devoted himself to his family, taking great pride with his wife in raising their four children. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His family will remember him for being a hard worker, a great provider for his family and a humble gentleman.
