William Hicks, age 77, went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2017. He was born on May 1, 1939 in Missouri.

William was an active member on the Deacon Board at the Rose of Sharon Holiness Church of God. He loved fishing, sports his kids and grandkids.

William leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Odessia; children, Michael, Michelle Hill, Michael (Kelleye) and Sandra Hicks; siblings, Tommy and Jean Hicks and a host of grandkids, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).

The family would like to thank the staff of UTMC and the members of Rose of Sharon Church for their love and support.
