Robert L. Molineaux, age 91, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on August 22, 2016. He was born on October 16, 1924 in Tiffin, Ohio.

Bob was a veteran of WWII in the Army Air Force division and was stationed in Washington D.C. After being honorably discharged, Bob attended Bowling Green State University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. During his time there he met the love of his life, Marilyn Gardner and they were married in 1947. Bob loved vacations with his family, especially to Ft. Myers Beach and Cape Hatteras. He was a devoted, hard-working Dad and “Gamps” who loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marilyn; parents, William and Evelyn; brother, William Jr. and sister, Elizabeth Phillips. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Stephanie Piechowiak, Bruce (Karen) Molineaux and Scott Molineaux; grandchildren, Jason (Angie), Robert and Jacob Piechowiak, Erik (Rachel) and Cory (Claire) Molineaux, Kelly (Dwayne) Curnutte, Melissa O’Linn (Rob); great-grandchildren, Brandon, Dillen, Carson, Carley, Taylor, Madison, Gabriel and Avery.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 2-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 p.m.

The family requests memorial donations may be made to: The American Heart Association.
