Ed retired from Ford Maumee Stamping after 30 years. He loved fishing, Santana, traveling and spending time with his family.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 39 years, Wanda; children, Maria (Timothy) Florek, Edwin Jr., Juanita Soto (Tommy) Brock, Lorenzo; grandchildren, Micheal, Mariano “Tony”, Olivia, Thomas, Justin, Maria and Jonathan; brothers, Mike, Rick, Sergio, Albert and sister, Sandra.
The family will receive guests from 2-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Rosary Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Charles Catholic Church, 1842 Airport Hwy., Toledo. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
