Jeffery Brian Baker, age 51, passed away on July 14, 2016. He was born on April 9, 1965 in South Bend, Indiana.

Jeff graduated from Memorial High School in Elkhart, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Finance from Manchester College. Jeff had a life-long passion for baseball. He grew up playing Little League, high school and college baseball. Jeff enjoyed many sports and was a devoted White Sox fan.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 22 years, Jennifer; children, Austin and Julia; mother, Sharon Johnson; sister, Michele Hollingsworth; nieces, Amy Lay and Alyssa Hollingsworth; 2 great-nephews, Ethan and Aidan Lay. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry.

The family will receive guests from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Celebration of Life will begin at 1:00 p.m.
