Linda M. Grabowski, age 62, of Toledo, passed away peacefully at home May 17, 2016. She was born on May 24, 1953 to John and Violet Lucas in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Linda was formerly employed at Teledyne C.A.E. for several years. She enjoyed sewing, shopping and had a love of butterflies. Linda was very giving for those in need and always lending a helping hand. She was a beloved mother, nana, busia, sister and friend who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thaddius Grabowski; canine companion, Hooch; her sister, Margaret Zabrowski; and in-laws, Theophil and Dolores Grabowski. Linda is survived by her loving daughter, Violet Wagner; son, Alvin Wagner, Jr.; step-sons, Ralph and Sean (Kim) Grabowski; grandchildren, Brittni (Andy), Lyndzi, C.J., Khamrin, Sabrina and 10 other grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Violet (Dale) Nycum and Patricia (Dennis) Ziegler; brother, Tommy Lucas and 4 other brothers; dear friend, Sue (John) Jordan; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 2 – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
